Summary

Role: Lead Test Engineer
Location: Ramsey County, MN (Hybrid – local candidates or those willing to relocate preferred)
Employment Type: CTH

Work Environment: Experience in a highly regulated industry required

Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive hands-on experience developing and testing Python code
• Expert-level experience with Pytest (must be clearly reflected in the resume)
• Strong test automation framework development experience
• Experience working in highly regulated environments (Medical Devices, Healthcare, Aerospace, Finance, etc.)
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, validation, and compliance standards

Submission :
• Ensure strong recent hands-on Python + Pytest experience (not just high-level oversight)
• Confirm contract-to-hire comfort and long-term commitment
• Verify hybrid work availability
• Assess communication skills – must be strong and client-facing capable
• No loosely matched or keyword-only profiles
