THE WORK:- You'll monitor all on-site field construction activities to ensure successful project completion.
- You'll apply comprehensive knowledge of construction disciplines, methods, and installation techniques.
- You'll ensure construction operations follow approved work plans, Area Shutdown Requests (ASRs), and required notification processes.
- You'll become thoroughly familiar with contractual obligations and technical requirements of all facilities being built.
- You'll verify that all work is performed and inspected according to the latest approved plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and changes.
- You'll collaborate with the Construction Contractor and stakeholders to plan activities, set priorities, and identify critical milestones.
- You'll monitor budget estimates and staffing requirements to align with defined scope and schedule.
- You'll oversee the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and meet budget and schedule goals.
- You'll proactively identify potential problem areas and take preventative action to keep project phases on track.
- You'll ensure safe, sound construction practices that achieve required quality standards at maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
- You'll prepare periodic progress reports for senior management and clients.
- You'll ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and project labor agreement requirements.
- You'll review and negotiate Contractor Potential Change Order Claims to final resolution while supporting coordination and collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. May be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
- 15 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
- Experience with projects more than $50 million in value.
- Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Master's degree preferred
- Relevant professional licensure and/or certification are strongly preferred. Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.
- Ability to work in CAD or REVIT a plus
$204,501 - $224,952 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
