Job Title: Account Executive – IT Sales & Recruitment

Location: [Virginia, Texas, California / Remote or Hybrid]

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Account Executive to join our IT Sales & Recruitment team to manage and grow existing client accounts while actively pursuing new contracts and business opportunities. The role blends account management, business development, and recruitment coordination to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring successful talent placements, while driving revenue growth through new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

·     Manage and nurture assigned existing IT client accounts

·     Develop strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction

·     Identify opportunities for service expansion with current accounts

·     Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates

·     Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients

 

Business Development

·     Prospect and secure new accounts and contracts

·     Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, calls, email, networking, and social selling

·     Present company services and negotiate contracts

·     Convert prospects into long-term clients

·     Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

 

Qualifications

·       3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Account Management, IT Staffing or Recruitment

·       Proven ability to both retain accounts and generate new business

·       Strong negotiation and closing skills

·       Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

·       Experience in recruitment or staffing industry is a strong plus

·       Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

·       Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business tools

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
