What Will You Do:
- Provide document control including shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos, and daily reports with mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus.
- Leadthe spatial coordination and assembly of the building information model (BIM) withfocuson the mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus.
- Leads the planning and execution ofscheduled construction activities with MEP focus.
- Capable ofprocuringmechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work.
- Establishes project level risk assessment and associated controls for mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work.
- Support Zero Injury safety program.
- Support the Quality Leadership System
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor\'sdegreerequired.Mechanical/Electrical Engineeringor related field preferred.
- 5+years ofcommercialconstruction experience
- Ability to work non-traditionalhours
