- Sr. level User Experience (UX) Designer to partner closely with business stakeholders, business system analysts, and delivery teams to define and deliver high quality user experiences across digital products.
- This role blends strategic thinking with hands on design execution and provides UX leadership and mentorship to junior designers.

- Create and maintain high quality design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma
- Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams in an agile environment to ensure UX solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals
- Synthesize user research, business requirements, and system constraints into clear, actionable design decisions
- Provide UX leadership through design reviews, feedback, and best practice guidance; mentor junior UX designers and help elevate overall design quality
