Senior Accountant/ Analyst/ Auditor – Sr Accountant Accounts Receivable

Candidates must have experience in account reconciliations, accounts receivable, and billing.

o Resource to perform extensive research identified through/on AR accounts reconciliations to resolve outstanding issues.
o Detailed and thorough review of customer activity to determine appropriate disposition of the customer’s account
o Position reviews and resolves AR credits/unapplied receipts.
o Resource to review aging AR report to assist with determining disposition of reserve.
 Assist with Bad Debt account reconciliation.
o Resource monitors the ARInquiries mailbox to ensure requests are handled on time.
o Serve as backup for
 SmartBenefits billing and account management
 Monthly journal entries submission.
 Funds Management-related billing.
o Flag customer IDs that do not receive Dunning letters.

Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelor''s degree. CPA, CGFM, CMA or CIA is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years'' experience at a Senior Accounting/Analyst/Auditor level related to engagements for
financial institutions, real estate, public and/or private sector, Federal, State or Local government or other specialized area defined by a task order.

Period of Performance: 2000 hours
