Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master with strong experience in Life Insurance and Annuities projects. This role will drive Agile delivery while bridging business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements; create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with business and technical teams for system implementation and enhancements
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint execution
• Support backlog grooming and remove impediments
• Assist with UAT, integrations, and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• Business Analyst experience in the Insurance domain
• Strong experience in Life Insurance and Annuities
• Experience working with at least one policy administration platform: FAST, Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco (at least one required)
• Scrum Master experience in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in policy lifecycle, claims, underwriting, or billing within Life Insurance
• Prior experience in insurance transformation programs
