Summary
- Lead end‑to‑end data platform and analytics initiatives across Payer and Provider domains—claims, eligibility, clinical data, EHR/EMR integrations—ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and industry-standard data governance practices.
- Architect and implement scalable cloud data solutions using Azure (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS) and/or Snowflake, including ingestion pipelines, data quality frameworks, reusable ingestion patterns, and performance‑optimized data models.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to translate healthcare use cases (claims adjudication, utilization management, member 360, provider performance, risk scoring, quality metrics) into technical designs, data pipelines, semantic layers, and analytical assets.
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, guide developers on coding standards & best practices, review architecture, optimize cost/performance in Azure/Snowflake, and drive delivery excellence in an Agile environment
