Sr. Appian Developer McLean, VA

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Appian application development
• Deep expertise in the Appian platform, including SAIL interfaces, process models, record types, expression rules, and integrations
• Strong understanding of business process modeling (BPM) and workflow automation
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise workflow solutions
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling, including relational schema design and enterprise database integration
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, including REST/SOAP services and secure integration patterns between Appian and external systems
• Working knowledge of Java, with the ability to support custom integrations, plug-ins, or backend services when required
• Experience working within AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.)
• Experience in mortgage or financial services domains, preferably supporting Freddie Mac programs or platforms Familiarity with DevOps

practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
