Lead Oracle Hyperion DRM Developer (SME)

Client: Santander Bank
Location: Hybrid – Quincy, MA (2–3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6+ Months (High possibility of extension)
Interview Process: 2 Rounds- Virtual

Required Technical Expertise

• 9+ years of overall IT experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM/DRG).
• Proven integration experience with:
• Oracle ERP General Ledger (GL)
• Oracle EPM products such as:
• HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
• PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
• Strong expertise in:
• DRM Workflows (DRG)
• Exports / Imports
• Action Scripts
• Blenders
• Strong scripting experience with:
• PowerShell
• Batch scripting
• Deep experience in Finance & Accounting domain implementations.

Key Qualifications

• Must be a Senior/Lead-level DRM SME (no mentoring required).
• Strong understanding of enterprise financial systems.
• Experience working directly with Finance & Accounting teams.
• Ability to implement best practices and improve existing application design.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
