As a Senior Voice Platform Software Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting, developing, and operating scalable voice infrastructure and real-time communication services used in high-volume customer interaction environments. You will work on technologies related to SIP signaling, media handling, WebRTC, distributed systems, and cloud-native platform development. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, deep technical expertise, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple teams. You will contribute to platform architecture, scalability, resiliency, and operational excellence while mentoring engineers and influencing the technical direction of the platform

5+ years of software development experience using C or C++\nExperience with real-time communication platforms such as FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Asterisk, or similar technologies\nStrong experience developing scalable backend or distributed systems software\nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, load balancing, and distributed system concepts\nExperience with SIP, RTP, and VoIP technologies\nExperience troubleshooting production systems and operating highly available services at scale\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Experience with WebRTC and modern real-time communication architectures\nFamiliarity with cloud-native architectures and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes\nExperience with scalable event-driven systems and distributed infrastructure technologies such as Kafka or Redis\nExperience driving technical design discussions and mentoring engineers across teams
