Job DetailsResponsibilities
1. Provide overall jobsite leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time project delivery.
2. Coordinate subcontractors in schedule development and daily execution.
3. Lead and facilitate trade preconstruction and on-site coordination meetings.
4. Supervise all on-site field staff, including craft labor; manage productivity in alignment with budget.
5. Forecast and communicate manpower needs in advance.
6. Partner with Project Management on procurement, delivery schedules, and change management.
7. Coordinate directly with subcontractors on all contracted work.
Qualifications
1. Ten+ years of experience in infrastructure construction.
2. Strong expertise in infrastructure construction and jobsite management.
3. Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, scheduling, and budget control.
4. Proven leadership ability to drive project performance and team accountability.
5. Forecast and communicate manpower needs in advance.
6. Highly organized with strong communication and coordination skills.
