Summary

Key Duties and Accountabilities:

Experience working in Life Science Industry is a must for this role.
Lead end-to-end SAP programs and projects, including ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations and complex system upgrades
Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Ensure all SAP implementations and changes comply with GxP, FDA, ISO 13485, SOX, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
Oversee and coordinate Computer System Validation (CSV) activities
Partner closely with Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, and IT Security teams to ensure audit-ready project delivery
Manage system risk assessments, change controls, deviation management, and CAPA processes related to SAP projects
Lead cross-functional global teams (IT, Business, QA, Validation, External Vendors, and System Integrators)
Serve as primary point of accountability for project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications
Manage vendor relationships, SOWs, and third-party system integrators
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory and corporate policies
Drive continuous improvement in SAP delivery methodology, validation processes, and project execution standards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
8+ years of IT Project Management experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical industries
Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, ISO 13485, and regulated system implementations
Hands-on experience managing validated SAP environments
Strong understanding of SAP modules and integrations (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, etc.)
Experience working with global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models
Excellent executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification — Strongly Preferred
SAP Activate or other SAP project methodology certification
Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and validation tools
Experience with FDA inspections, internal audits, and regulatory audits related to IT systems
Experience managing multi-million-dollar SAP programs
