Role Overview
We are seeking highly capable and collaborative professional to serve as KM Workstream BSA within the Digital Transformation (DT) program. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution across a complex, interconnected system landscape, requiring strong technical acumen, deep program context, and the ability to operate across global time zones.
The ideal candidate act as trusted execution partners, driving delivery through ownership, accountability, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining continuity of knowledge across program phases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workstream Execution & Delivery
•            Drive end-to-end execution of KM workstream deliverables across business and technical domains.
•            Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks with minimal supervision.
•            Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating across distributed teams and stakeholders.
•            Maintain focus on critical program priorities to meet timeline and milestone commitments.
2. Knowledge Continuity & Program Context
•            Maintain and continuously enhance a centralized compendium of workstream knowledge, including:
o           Decision history and rationale
o           System interactions and platform topology
o           Process flows and dependencies
•            Leverage deep contextual understanding to support accurate and efficient execution.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication
•            Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership.
•            Build and sustain a strong cross-functional network to enable rapid execution of complex, time-sensitive requests.
•            Foster seamless collaboration across geographies and time zones.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Ownership
•            Establish trust with stakeholders through consistent delivery, accountability, and proactive communication.
•            Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned deliverables and workstream outcomes.
•            Minimize dependency on business-side capacity by independently interpreting intent and driving execution.
5. Global Time Zone Coverage
•            Ensure continuity of execution through coordinated hand-offs across time zones (e.g., US–IST model).
•            Accelerate issue resolution and turnaround time through effective collaboration between global counterparts.
Role-Specific Expectations
KM Workstream BSA (Primary – Overlapping with Business Teams)
•            Serve as the primary coordinator across business and technical teams.
•            Interpret underlying objectives behind requests to enable efficient execution with minimal clarification cycles.
•            Lead complex problem-solving and drive alignment across stakeholders.
•            Anchor knowledge continuity and decision tracking for the workstream.
•            Provide seamless handoff support working with offshore team.
•            Execute tasks independently with minimal instructions.
•            Accelerate turnaround time for issues and deliverables involving global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
•            Prior experience in KM (Knowledge Management) workstreams or similar program governance roles.
•            Familiarity with enterprise platforms and integration-heavy environments (e.g., Software Key, Escalation Solver, Customer My Lam, Supplier My Lam, SAP CRM, KM Matrix, Alexandria, workflow systems, etc).
•            Proven track record supporting large-scale transformation programs (e.g., DT, Ignite, Accelerate).
