  • Familiarity with ArcFM tools (Schneider Electric preferred)
  • Experience with CAD and GIS integration workflows
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Ability to explain technical systems in a structured, easy-to-understand format

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with:

    • Subnetwork diagrams within Utility Network
  • Background in the electric utility industry (transmission strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting large transformation or system implementation programs
  • Instructional design experience or formal training certifications

Work Environment & Travel:
  • Candidates can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Why This Role?
  • Be part of a long-term (10-year) enterprise transformation initiative
  • Work with cutting-edge ESRI Utility Network technology
  • Influence how GIS capabilities are adopted at scale across a major transmission organization
  • Opportunity for continued involvement in future phases of the program
