Job DetailsJoin a growing engineering team developing high-performance cable solutions for aerospace and other advanced applications. This role offers end-to-end involvement-from design and prototyping through testing and production-working on cutting-edge high-speed and RF technologies.
What You'll Do:
Design coaxial, twinaxial, and multiconductor cable assemblies
Test and characterize performance using VNA, TDR, and related tools
Develop specs, test plans, and support product qualification
Partner cross-functionally on materials, manufacturing, and design improvements
Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis
What We're Looking For:
Electrical Engineering degree + strong fundamentals in signal integrity/EMC
Experience with high-speed or RF design/testing
Exposure to manufacturing or production environments
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills
Nice to Have:
Impedance-controlled design experience
Familiarity with high-speed protocols (USB, Ethernet, HDMI, etc.)
