Multimedia Production Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Multimedia Production Manager to oversee a dynamic team in Lewisville, Texas. This role involves enhancing in-house multimedia capabilities and driving strategic initiatives to produce high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and leadership to streamline production processes while delivering impactful video, animation, and presentation materials.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of multimedia professionals, including direct oversight of two video production staff.
Assess and prioritize multimedia requests to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
Select appropriate formats for content, such as video or other media, based on project needs.
Provide creative direction in storytelling, script writing, and overall quality of multimedia projects.
Expand the team's capabilities by integrating advanced techniques in video, graphics, animation, and presentations.
Collaborate with internal communications and marketing teams to support organizational initiatives.
Facilitate the implementation of streaming platforms for virtual events, including town halls and large-scale gatherings.

Requirements

Extensive experience in multimedia production, including video editing, animation, and graphic design.
Hands-on proficiency with modern video production equipment and software.
Background in agency or production house environments is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams while fostering a structured and productive work environment.
Expertise in creating visually compelling presentations and decks.
Strategic mindset with a focus on optimizing tools and workflows.
Strong knowledge of video shooting techniques and multimedia content development.
Familiarity with advanced video cameras and equipment.
