Your work environment at EXP

Join EXP's Electrical team and work on exciting Hospitality, Entertainment, and Healthcare projects across Florida (Maitland, Tampa, or South Florida). This is a great opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects, grow your technical expertise, and collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team.

What a day at EXP has in store for you
  • Lead electrical Revit design efforts from concept through construction
  • Mentor junior team members and help elevate team performance
  • Partner with project managers to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors in meetings and on-site
  • Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Solve complex design challenges and contribute innovative ideas
  • Present technical solutions and build strong client relationships

What your experience looks like
  • 7+ years of electrical design experience in building systems
  • Engineering Degree (BS Architectural Engineering, or BS Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree)
  • Revit MEP proficiency
  • PE license (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
