Oracle EBS SCM Technical Consultant

We are looking for experienced Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Consultant with deep expertise in Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), and Inventory (INV) modules. This role will be the primary onsite Technical Consultant, responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of EBS SCM initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders, offshore teams, and Oracle.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead onsite functional activities for Oracle EBS SCM modules – PO, OM, P2P and Inventory.
· Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional design workshops.
· Configure PO, OM, and Inventory modules to meet business needs.
· Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations.
· Coordinate with technical and offshore teams for development and testing.
· Drive system/integration testing and support UAT.
· Provide best practice guidance for procurement, order processing, and inventory management.
· Support post-go-live stabilization and process improvements.
· Serve as the key point of contact for supply chain project for issue resolution.
· Proven track record in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, or rollouts in PO, OM, and Inventory.
· Strong understanding of procurement processes, order-to-cash cycles, and inventory control.
· Hands-on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
· Ability to lead workshops in onsite–offshore models.
