Our challenge We are seeking a skilled Actimize Developer to join our team, responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, and supporting NICE Actimize AML/FCC solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and financial crime prevention initiatives.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA/ Birmingham, AL/ Dallas, TX/ Phoenix, AZ is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role Responsibilities: - Design and develop solutions within NICE Actimize AML/FCC framework to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Configure and customize Actimize modules to optimize detection, monitoring, and investigation processes.
- Support the deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Actimize applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Actimize applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Support regulatory reporting and audit requirements by providing effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in NICE Actimize platforms and financial crime regulations.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
Requirements: - Proven experience with NICE Actimize AML/FCC solutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial crime regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Programming skills in relevant languages (Java, SQL, Python, etc.).
- Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications or training in NICE Actimize solutions are a plus.
Preferred, but not required: - Knowledge of financial services industry and banking operations.
- Experience with other anti-money laundering and fraud detection tools.
- Understanding of data analysis and pattern recognition techniques.
