Role: - Oracle Essbase Lead Consultant

Location-Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ (ONSITE)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
• Strong experience in Oracle Essbase, SmartView, and Hyperion tools.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience integrating Essbase with Oracle Cloud GL and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in client facing role Conducting workshops/CRP s/User story clarification sessions
• Experience in documenting functional design documents, test strategy/scenarios/cases, application user guide etc.
• Ability to work in onsite-offshore models.
• Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred
