Summary
- Partner with Account Executives and the AI & Analytics pre-sales team to identify, shape, and win Data opportunities across existing and new customers.
- Position Tavant’s Data modernization, platform, and AI-led Data Engineering offerings.
- Lead discovery, solution shaping, proposals, and executive presentations.
- Position and demonstrate Tavant’s Data Engineering and agentic AI accelerators in client conversations.
- Provide field input to the Data CoE to help evolve accelerators and offerings.
- Strengthen relationships with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud to expand joint GTM opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CDOs, and senior Data leaders.
- Lead Data strategy, modernization, platform-selection, and AI-readiness assessments.
- Facilitate executive workshops and help customers make technology and architecture decisions.
- Develop technology blueprints, target-state architectures, and modernization roadmaps before transitioning implementation to Tavant’s engineering teams.
- Strong, current experience with modern Data Engineering and Data platforms, including Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of modern Data architectures, Data pipelines, Data products, governance, and cloud modernization.
- A current point of view on how AI and agentic applications are changing Data architecture and the Data Engineering SDLC.
- Proven experience creating and shaping Data consulting opportunities with enterprise customers.
- Experience leading discovery, assessments, workshops, proposals, and executive presentations.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex Data and AI concepts clearly and concisely.
- Consulting, professional services, systems integration, or technology-services background strongly preferred.
- Grow qualified Data pipeline and revenue.
- Create new CIO/CDO-level conversations and opportunities.
- Convert Data challenges into consulting and engineering engagements.
- Strengthen Tavant’s position as a strategic advisor on modern Data platforms and AI-ready Data architecture.
