Responsibilities

• Transform content structures, evolving segments from single-use to reusable formats that facilitate efficient content management.
• Promote the use of content taxonomy for discovering and reusing content effectively across applications.
• Identify opportunities for content reuse to minimize redundant information and streamline maintenance efforts.
• Update and create content in line with policy and process changes, ensuring timely delivery.
• Edit and proofread various content formats to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Conduct quality control audits, monitoring content for consistency and excellence.

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing content in systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or WordPress.
• Proven project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Ability to work with reusable or “headless content” solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, technical writing, or related fields.
• Skilled in writing and editing, with experience in content operations for AI applications.
• Knowledge of information architecture and content models.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and experience in multi-language publishing environments.
