Remote role in US

Pay rate: $80/Hour - $85/Hour

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide production support for SAP IBP with a primary focus on Supply Optimizer in a post go live environment

Troubleshoot optimizer runs, constraints, cost modeling, heuristics, and planning area issues.

Monitor planning runs and ensure accurate supply-demand balancing.

Resolve master data issues (product, location, sourcing, transportation lanes, production data).

Support integration between IBP and S/4HANA (CPI-DS/SDI).

Assist with Demand Planning and Inventory Optimization (IO) as needed.

Manage incidents in a ticket-based environment (e.g., ServiceNow).

Must-Have Qualifications

6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP

Strong expertise in IBP Supply Optimizer configuration and support

Experience with optimizer constraints, cost modeling, heuristics, and planning areas/key figure calculations

Experience troubleshooting and tuning optimizer performance and runtime issues

Strong understanding of IBP master data (products, locations, sourcing rules, transportation lanes, production data)

Experience supporting integration between IBP and S/4HANA (CPI-DS, SDI, or similar)

Exposure to Demand Planning and Inventory Optimization (IO)

Experience working in a ticket-based support environment
