Job Description:

Experience: 8 10 years of total experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 4 6 years of dedicated experience in Power BI.
Migration Expertise: Proven track record of successfully migrating large-scale enterprise reporting environments to Power BI.
Data Modeling: Expert knowledge of Star and Snowflake schemas, and managing large datasets (DirectQuery, Import, and Composite models).
DAX Proficiency: Advanced skills in writing complex DAX measures and calculated columns for sophisticated business logic.
SQL Mastery: Strong ability to write and tune SQL queries for data extraction and validation.

Preferred Skills & "Nice to Haves"

MicroStrategy Experience: Prior experience with MicroStrategy (Schema objects, Dossiers, or Documents) is highly desirable to facilitate a smoother migration process.
