Description: Job DescriptionAbout the RoleIn this contingent role, you will provide expert consultation on complex, high-impact initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering. You'll assess and solve large-scale technical challenges that require deep analytical skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and an understanding of both established and emerging factors that influence engineering outcomes.
You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and client teams to evaluate multi-layered technical issues, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure engineering solutions meet functional, policy, procedural, and compliance requirements. Your work will support long-term technical planning, execution excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities- Lead consultation efforts on complex engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and interpret multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term technical challenges, including unprecedented or ambiguous factors.
- Develop and recommend solutions based on strong knowledge of engineering functions, policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel and internal teams to drive alignment and deliver against key milestones.
- Contribute to the successful resolution of sophisticated technical or operational issues.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering, OR equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of professional work, consulting roles, training, military service, or education.
