IT Site Support SpecialistOnsite | Plantation, FL7-Month Contract (Potential to Convert)Role OverviewThis onsite IT Site Support role is responsible for providing
hands-on technical support across a corporate campus. You'll be the primary IT resource, ensuring employees stay productive by supporting hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for Windows 10 and macOS environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Set up and configure workstations for new hires and refreshes
- Support printers, peripherals, and basic network issues
- Manage tickets and documentation using ServiceNow
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and deployments
- Follow IT security best practices and access controls
Required Skills- Desktop / IT Site Support experience
- Windows 10 and macOS troubleshooting
- Workstation setup and hardware support
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity)
Work Environment- Fully onsite (5 days/week)
- Standard 9-5 hours with occasional off-hours support
- Fast-paced, customer-facing IT support role

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
