Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Agile teams across multiple projects and initiatives within technology delivery programs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and support delivery goals.
• Drive efficient planning and execution across cross-functional teams including development and support teams.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments to ensure smooth team progress and on-time delivery.
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics dashboards and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide transparency on risks, blockers, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support quarterly planning (IBR) aligned with business roadmaps, strategic objectives, and initiatives.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
• Maintain Jira hygiene, dashboards, and reporting to track team performance and delivery progress.
• Collaborate across teams to break down silos and improve communication and efficiency.
• Participate in release management activities including deployment monitoring and change management processes.
• Create and manage change requests and tasks in tools such as Remedy.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and provide recommendations to improve team performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and delivery commitments are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering projects in Agile environments, preferably in Financial Services domain.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices.
• Experience working across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive team alignment.

• Knowledge of analytics and data-related financial applications.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent).
