We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead the Quality and Testing workstream for a global SAP ECC to S/4HANA Fashion transformation program. This role will provide overall leadership for testing strategy, planning, governance, execution, defect management, and quality assurance across the program lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management capabilities with deep SAP implementation experience, executive-level client engagement skills, and expertise in large-scale testing organizations. The individual will lead a distributed testing team, drive quality outcomes across business and technology workstreams, and serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership on program quality, risk management, and release readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Quality and Testing function for a global SAP S/4HANA Fashion program.
Define and execute the overall testing strategy, including SIT, UAT, regression, integration, performance, and cutover testing.
Manage testing vendors, client testing teams, and cross-functional program stakeholders.
Establish testing governance, KPIs, defect management processes, quality dashboards, and executive reporting.
Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and release readiness assessments.
Partner with business, functional, technical, integration, and data teams to ensure complete test coverage and successful business outcomes.
Provide strategic thought leadership and trusted advisory support to client executives on quality, testing, and program delivery matters.
Facilitate executive steering discussions and communicate program quality status, risks, and recommendations. |
