Golang Developer

We’re looking for a passionate and highly motivated mid-level Developer to join our engineering team. As a Golang Developer, you will be responsible for system design and architecture, developing high-quality functions with attention to detail to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and vision in designing, implementing, testing, and rolling out existing and new services in a multi-region configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop REST and gRPC application program interfaces (APIs) and web services
• Create reusable frameworks/components to support global delivery needs
• Maintain REST API documentation using Swagger and design documentation
• Maintain Proto files for gRPC services
• Document work and engage in quality testing/validation before releasing changes or new features
• Troubleshoot issues and debug codebases
• Work on AWS cloud platform, including EKS
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes
• Ensure API layer aspects for security, monitoring, analytics, and throttling
• Collaborate with team members and suppliers to meet project deliverables and milestones

Requirements:

Must Haves:

• Golang: Minimum 3-4 years of experience
• Experience with gRPC/gRPC API Development, Rest APIs, and API Development
• AWS: 1-2 years of experience
• Good analytical skills
• EKS experience would be a plus

Interview Process:

• 1st round – Coding based on GoLang – 1 hour
• 2nd round – Technical, Behavioral Round, and other aspects

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills:

• 6-8 years of experience with programming languages such as Golang (minimum 3-4 years)
• Reasonable experience with cloud services (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure), DevOps, cloud engineering, architecture, and software as a service
• Proficient in clean architecture, API design, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis

Bonus if you have (Preferred):

• Prior experience in Automotive multimedia systems
• Experience in implementing and validating platform technical specifications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
