Business Analyst
Location: Salem, OR (97312). Candidates must reside in Oregon or SW Washington and be able to travel to Salem once per quarter.
Employment Type: 6+ month W2 contract. No C2C or sponsorship available.
About the Role
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large enterprise technology program focused on system integrations, workflow automation, and data exchange. The Business Analyst will serve as a key link between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical teams, and end users.
The program includes multiple workstreams focused on Filevine configuration and implementation, integrations and automation, API based data exchanges, and document management workflows.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably supporting complex enterprise integration projects. Direct Filevine experience is highly desirable, but strong integration focused Business Analysts without Filevine experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Define, analyze, and document business requirements for complex software integration initiatives
- Support integrations and workflow automation involving Filevine, Guidewire ClaimCenter, and OnBase
- Analyze how data is exchanged and transformed between systems
- Document data mappings, transformations, and data cleansing business rules
- Develop process maps, use cases, requirements documentation, and other business analysis artifacts
- Research complex business and technical issues and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop solutions
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential gaps and communicate them to project leadership
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Ensure business requirements are clearly understood by implementation and development teams
- Support integration testing and validation as needed
- Work across multiple project workstreams as priorities evolve
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise software or integration projects
- Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, end users, subject matter experts, and technical teams
- Strong experience gathering, defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and data transformation
- Ability to document business rules related to data transformation and data cleansing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to research complex issues and work effectively with subject matter experts
- Experience identifying and communicating project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential impacts
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Filevine
- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Experience with OnBase or other enterprise document management systems
- Experience supporting APIs, integrations, or automated workflows
- Experience within the legal, insurance, or workers'' compensation industries
- Experience supporting legal departments, case management platforms, or legal workflows
- Experience working with complex enterprise data exchanges
