About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Functional Lead to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP RE-FX, SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and functional design.
- Knowledge of lease contract lifecycle management, including lease creation, modifications, renewals, terminations, and payments.
- Experience with IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting and compliance requirements.
- Experience with SAP Contract Lease Management (CLM) and lease administration.
- Strong integration experience with SAP FI/CO, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Asset Accounting (AA).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for Real Estate.
- Experience with RE-FX master data, business partners, contracts, rental objects, properties, and organizational structures.
- Experience with RE-FX integration with Financial Accounting and Controlling.
- Knowledge of lease valuation, depreciation, interest calculation, and periodic postings.
- Experience supporting data migration, functional specifications, testing, UAT, and deployment.
- Ability to perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
- Experience preparing functional documentation and working with technical/development teams.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX and Real Estate processes.
- Experience with end-to-end lease accounting and real estate contract management.
