We re looking for a Principal Engineer to join our NPU Hardware & Software organization, focused on AI Hardware Modeling for next-generation automotive platforms.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone with deep expertise in hardware modeling, emulation, and hardware software co-design, and a passion for building cutting-edge AI acceleration technology.

What You ll Do

• Provide expert technical leadership in developing and maintaining
  bit-accurate and cycle-accurate hardware models

• Model complex AI accelerator and NPU architectures

• Collaborate closely across hardware, software, and system teams

• Enable performance, power, and architectural exploration for:

  • ADAS

  • Autonomous driving

  • In-vehicle AI platforms
