Summary

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supply Chain Coordination & Procurement Support
Manage the full procurement lifecycle
Request and review RFQs (Requests for Quotation) from suppliers

Process purchase requests by:
Checking for accuracy
Queuing them for approval
Placing orders via online systems, email, or phone
2. Supplier Onboarding & Compliance
Coordinate NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements)
Support compliance checks and supplier onboarding
Work with internal teams and end-users (excluding Accenture support)
3. Order Monitoring
Track open purchase orders
Follow up with suppliers for updates
Ensure all data is properly updated in the system
4. Daily Coordination
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team
Help manage daily workflow and priorities
5. Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance for Supply Chain operations
6. Cross-Training
Support Shipping/Receiving functions when needed
