Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager

As a result of our continuous growth, CherryRoad is looking to hire Senior Project Managers to join our delivery organization. The ideal resource will have extensive ERP and large scale delivery expertise. This resource will report into our delivery organization and be responsible for managing the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple cloud projects within the Public Sector k-12.

Responsibilities Include:

• End to end, full lifecycle project management.
• Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery, management of project teams and maintaining customer referenceability.
• Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plan.
• Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity.
• Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process.
• Monitor work efforts; assign resources, delegate tasks and report progress to senior managers and various stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including all project-related assignments, issues and risks.
• Maintains project staff by participating in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
• Communicate project status to project team, CherryRoad leadership, stakeholder’s leadership and PMs associated with other projects
• Advise leadership, Project Team/Project Managers on tactical solutions to dealing with barriers within a project.
• Manage teams both offshore and off site
• Prioritize and service multiple project requests at the same time.                             
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.                   
• Report and escalate to management, as needed.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of documented, end to end project management experience.
• K-12 experience. 
• PMP Certification.
• 5 years of ERP consulting experience.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
• Management experience to include running a diverse project team to include a mix of offshore and remote staff.
• Public Sector and Commercial Project Management experience.
• Experience must include being the solo PM for large scale ERP projects.
• Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus.
• BS /MS degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage the customer relationship.
