Position OverviewThe Cyber Technical Targeting Analyst plays a pivotal role in countering complex digital threats by providing highly technical targeting and all source intelligence analysis for an Intelligence Community customer. This position focuses on assessing network intrusions, analyzing digital signatures, and identifying vulnerabilities within adversary infrastructure. The analyst will deliver specialized insights to protect critical information systems and support broader mission requirements.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform deep technical analysis of digital threats, including network link analysis and adversary targeting.
- Identify and monitor foreign cyber actors, assessing their capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Develop specialized threat intelligence products and briefings for national security stakeholders.
- Evaluate network architecture and infrastructure dependencies to identify exploitation opportunities and vulnerabilities.
- Partner with multidisciplinary intelligence teams to provide precise targeting recommendations and technical insights.
Required Skills- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, network analysis, or technical targeting.
- Strong understanding of cyberspace strategy, network engineering, and information security concepts.
- Experience with industry standard analysis tools and frameworks within the intelligence sector.
Additional DetailsFusion Innovation anticipates the annual base salary for this position will generally range from $100,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to:
- Relevant education, certifications, and training
- Years of direct applicable experience with this work and the customer
- Contract labor category requirements, skill level, contract bill rate, and hours allocation
- Alignment with the position's responsibilities
- Additional specialized skills
