Role Summary

• Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) initiatives for Oracle Xstore POS and core payment services. The role is heavily focused on project financial management, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and status reports for program leadership and governance forums
• Support TLM execution tracking (milestones, risks, dependencies)
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and vendors on:
• Invoicing
• Accruals
• Funding changes and impacts

Required Experience

• Strong experience with financial tracking and reporting for large IT programs
• Comfortable working in governance heavy enterprise environments
• Advanced project reporting and strong executive level communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with POS, payments, or retail systems
• Familiarity with TLM / upgrade / refresh programs
• Healthcare or regulated industry background
