Summary
We are looking for a proactive SOC Analyst (Tier I) to join our Network Security Operations Center team.
Position Overview
- Role: SOC Analyst 1 (Tier I)
- Location: Harrisburg, PA
- Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
- Interview Process: In-Person Interview Required
- Shift Schedule: 24/7 Operations (Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
Key Responsibilities
- Security Monitoring: Provide continuous, on-site monitoring for core communication sites and systems.
- Triage & Escalation: Analyze incoming security alerts, filter out false positives, and escalate valid threats promptly.
- Incident Logging: Log, track, and document incident details strictly via email, chat, and ticketing channels.
- Operations Support: Support security incident response efforts and collaborate on refining detection playbooks and dashboards.
