You will act as the bridge between high-level Digital Technology goals and practical business applications, ensuring that AI initiatives are not only high-performing but also responsibly used and consistently scaled. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Framework Development: Define and implement enterprise-level enablement frameworks to ensure a unified user experience and standardized adoption of AI and analytics platforms.
  • Asset Creation: Lead the development of reusable technical assets, including reference code, templates, and "starter kit" accelerators to streamline platform onboarding.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary link between Digital Technology and business units, aligning platform delivery with specific domain needs and enterprise governance.
  • Metrics & Analytics: Establish comprehensive dashboards and KPIs to track content utilization, technical literacy levels, and the overall business impact of AI initiatives.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Coach and mentor junior and senior Advocates, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring all efforts align with broader enterprise objectives.
  • Trend Advocacy: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI and developer advocacy trends to continuously iterate on the company’s internal digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Professional Experience: 6–8 years of experience in data, AI, or enablement disciplines, with a proven track record of leading multi-domain or enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of AI, visualization, and automation platforms, with the ability to review and build reference code and templates.
  • Strategic Mindset: Deep understanding of the data-to-insight value chain and experience designing enterprise adoption or operating models.
  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders across both business and technology functions.
  • Agile Expertise: Experience leading complex projects within an agile or product-based delivery environment.
  • Location/Travel: Ability to work onsite in D.C. 4 days per week with up to 25% travel required.
