Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Payment Processing Developer to design, develop, and integrate enterprise-level payment systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, cloud platforms, and high-volume transaction systems, along with expertise in integrating platforms like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and IVR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrate enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, IVR, web/mobile apps, and cloud platforms
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET and Go (Golang)
Build scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed cloud-native systems
Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker & Kubernetes
Design secure, scalable architectures for digital payment processing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions
Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SOX, SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001 standards
Optimize system performance, transaction processing, and latency
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain technical documentation including design docs, test plans, and reports
Drive continuous improvement in integrations and performance

Required Experience:

8+ years as a Senior Developer or similar role
5+ years experience in Payment Processing Systems (8+ preferred)
3+ years hands-on experience with Golang backend development
3+ years hands-on experience with .NET backend development
Strong experience with REST APIs & Microservices architecture
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Cloud experience with Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform
Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps (ADO)
Strong knowledge of performance optimization, concurrency, memory management
Experience integrating enterprise systems (SAP, Dynamics, IVR, etc.)
Experience in high-volume systems (contact center / payment systems preferred)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ
Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Helm
DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering background
Experience with tolling systems or similar domains
Knowledge of Azure Government & Commercial Cloud
Experience with IVR systems

Education:

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred)

Additional Skills:

SAP enterprise solutions experience
ITIL / ITSM methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
