Project Coordinator - Low Voltage Systems

We are seeking a Project Coordinator - Low Voltage Systems to support large-scale network infrastructure and low-voltage system projects in Los Angeles, California.

This role coordinates LAN, WLAN, IP-based camera, intrusion, public address, and VoIP installation activities while maintaining project documentation, inventory, invoices, and closeout packages.
The coordinator will work onsite with project team members, outside vendors, and personnel at school sites to keep activities organized and completed on schedule. The position requires a California Driver's license and use of a car.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the installation of LAN and WLAN systems, IP-based cameras, intrusion systems, public address systems, and VoIP.


• Create and maintain accurate meeting minutes.


• Create and maintain spreadsheets used to track projects.


• Receive and inventory equipment deliveries using required forms.


• Schedule and participate in job start meetings.


• Schedule and participate in joint scope meetings with outside vendors.


• Prepare and track project and inspection documents.


• Use project applications to track project activities, milestones, and deliverables.


• Process and track invoices for appropriate vendors.


• Create and maintain project documents.


• Prepare project closeout document packages.


• Attend project meetings at school sites.


• Prepare clear and concise reports.


• Formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in writing and verbally.


• Set priorities and successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.


• Maintain effective relationships with personnel and other organizations.


• Conduct site surveys.


• Develop scopes of work.


• Create bills of material.


• Accept equipment deliveries at the warehouse.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:

• We are seeking qualified Project Coordinators Services for large scale Low Voltage System and Network Infrastructure Projects. We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience working in an installation or construction environment with low voltage systems such as LAN, WLAN, VOIP/PA, surveillance systems, and intrusion systems

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $35 - $45 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
