Summary

Position: Lead Java/Python Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract

Must Have:

Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Python
Experience with MCP Server or agent orchestration platforms
Knowledge of Semantic Search (NLP) and Rule-Based Search Engines
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and Kafka or RabbitMQ

Key Responsibilities:

Develop automation workflows for high-volume service requests
Build and maintain REST APIs using Java + Spring Boot
Design metadata extraction pipelines using Python/Java
Implement semantic and rule-based search logic
Integrate internal and external systems via APIs or event streams
Manage agent orchestration, retries, and workflow monitoring
Work with JSON, XML, and automation frameworks
