Location: USDC - Candidate can sit either of our TEKsystems Delivery Centers located in Las Colinas, TX or Charlotte, NC

Shift: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

The areas of focus for the Delivery Lead role includes support of engineering teams under the Service Request Fulfillment (SRF) umbrella. Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ITIL change management. In this role the candidate will act as a gateway between engineering teams and application owners by managing a high volume of changes from creation to closure within ITSM Remedy. This position will require candidate to exhibit strict organizational skills in an environment with constant shifting priorities. A high-level understanding of existing and emerging technologies and business requirements.
This position will interface directly with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/providers, architecture, product engineering, product management, and business management. At times, they may interface with various levels of management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. The candidate must be able to work on their own and successfully in team settings in various sizes and locations. Adherence and use of standards, product sets, templates, systems, and artifacts are important to the success of the individual, the department, and the firm at large.
3-5 years of experience working in Change Management space
Change management experience - ITSM experience preferred
Foundational knowledge of ITIL processes
Leadership: Self-starter, self-directed and shows initiative
Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
Experience working in an Agile environment
Microsoft Excel Power Point experience
Demonstrated ability to reduce process complexities
Organized and detail oriented
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent
Demonstrates ownership: Is accountable and can hold others accountable (professionally)
Ability to partner with others for the good of the initiative
Must have strong analytical skills
Implementation knowledge of Agile framework SCRUM ceremonies for project planning and work prioritization.
Financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking), is a plus.
Has participated in design, implementation, or operations process of major IT projects

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
