Customer Support Lead
NYC

Role Overview
Establish and run our support function from the ground up. This person will shape how we assist customers, set up the systems that keep everything running smoothly, and personally handle the toughest technical issues. The position requires someone comfortable creating structure while still diving into day-to-day work, ensuring customers get fast, clear, and reliable support as the company grows.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Create the overall approach for how support operates, including processes, workflows, and system setup.
  • Oversee frontline and technical support, personally handling complicated issues and coordinating with Product and Engineering when deeper investigation is needed.
  • Monitor core performance indicators, maintain documentation, and work closely with external partners to ensure strong delivery.

What We're Looking For
  • Several years in support roles within SaaS or tech, including experience building support operations, implementing tools, and working with external vendors.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, capable of navigating API issues, integrations, data problems, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Experience in fast-paced or early-stage environments, comfort with automation and AI-driven support tools, and the communication skills to work effectively across teams.
