Overview
Value Technology is seeking an experienced architect to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of a voice security program integrating Pindrop capabilities into our contact center ecosystem. This role will focus on enabling real-time voice streaming, media replication, and secure, scalable integration with existing telephony infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design for Pindrop integration across contact center platforms
- Design and implement media replication / call forking for real-time voice streaming
- Enable secure SIP-based integrations and ensure compatibility with existing telephony systems
- Scale infrastructure to support 100% inbound call volume with high availability
- Ensure low-latency, high-reliability voice data delivery to Pindrop services
- Partner with security teams to support fraud detection and voice authentication capabilities
- Troubleshoot and optimize RTP/SIP traffic flows and performance bottlenecks
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvements post-implementation
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP, SBCs, call routing)
- Hands-on experience with contact center platforms (e.g., Cisco, Genesys, Avaya, NICE)
- Experience with media streaming, call replication, or voice forking architectures
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, QoS, latency optimization)
- Experience designing scalable, high-availability systems
- Ability to work across telephony, network, and application layers
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Pindrop or similar voice authentication / fraud platforms
- Exposure to real-time streaming architectures
- Familiarity with security frameworks and fraud prevention in contact centers
- Experience in large enterprise or high call-volume environments
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder communication (business + technical)
- Ability to translate security objectives into technical design
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams (network, security, contact center)
