Job Title: Oracle HCM Talent & Learning Module Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

Role Summary:
We are looking for an Oracle HCM Talent & Learning Module Lead with very strong implementation experience in Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules.
This is a client-facing, functional lead role supporting a post-implementation phase — testing, go-live, and post-go-live.
The consultant will serve as the onshore lead, closely coordinating with offshore teams.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Strong implementation experience in Oracle Talent Management and Oracle Learning modules — not just exposure
- Deep functional expertise in at least one of these areas:
- Oracle Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning)
- Oracle Learning (Content Management, Learning Catalog, Certifications, Compliance Training)
- Prior experience in client-facing roles — able to lead workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions independently
- Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression) and managing defect triage
- Led or supported go-live and post-go-live hypercare activities
- Acted as onshore lead — coordinating with offshore teams, reviewing deliverables, managing daily syncs
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Talent Management or Learning)
- Experience working with SI environments
- Prior exposure to offshore/onshore operating models
- Strong communication and presentation skills
