Teamcenter Solution Architect

NOTE : We are currently accepting local candidates on a W2 basis only. Eligible work authorization: U.S. Citizen (USC) or (GC).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Design and define enterprise-scale Siemens Teamcenter solution architecture aligned with business and PLM strategy.
Lead end-to-end Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, migration, and deployment projects.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct solution architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and customer workshops.
Design and implement Teamcenter workflows, change management processes, and lifecycle management.
Configure and optimize BOM (Bill of Materials) management, product structures, and manufacturing processes.
Lead Teamcenter integration with ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise applications using SOA/REST APIs.
Define Teamcenter security models, access controls, and governance standards.
Optimize Teamcenter performance, scalability, and system reliability.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to development and implementation teams.

MUST HAVE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Solution Architecture.
Hands-on experience in Teamcenter implementation, configuration, and customization.
Extensive knowledge of PLM solution design and enterprise architecture.
Experience with BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE).
Strong knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC) configuration and customization.
Expertise in Teamcenter Workflow and Change Management.
Experience in BOM Management and Product Structure Management.
Hands-on experience with Teamcenter CAD Integration.
Knowledge of Teamcenter Manufacturing modules.
Experience implementing Teamcenter Security and access control models.
Strong understanding of Teamcenter Deployment Center and deployment strategies.
Experience with Teamcenter SOA and REST API-based integrations.
Expertise in integrating Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
Experience in Teamcenter performance tuning and optimization.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Experience leading enterprise PLM transformation programs.
Strong customer-facing consulting and solution advisory experience.
Ability to lead cross-functional architecture discussions and technical workshops.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
Experience in solution estimation, technical proposal preparation, and pre-sales support is preferred.
Ability to mentor technical teams and provide architectural governance.
Experience working in global delivery models and distributed teams.
Relevant Siemens Teamcenter certifications are preferred.
