Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst (Reports & Data Analytics) to support the Client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, PostgreSQL, Tableau/Power BI, reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, and healthcare-related EDI transactions.
The selected consultant will work closely with business, development, testing, and operations teams to develop complex reports, analyze data, troubleshoot system issues, and support healthcare enrollment and Medicaid-related data exchanges.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Complex SQL development
- Data extraction and analysis
- Report generation and dashboard development
- Tableau and/or Power BI
- Strong experience with:
- SQL Queries
- Stored Procedures
- PostgreSQL
- Data Warehousing
- ETL Processes

- Experience translating business requirements into dashboards and visualizations

- Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- 8+ years of advanced SQL reporting experience
- 4+ years of PostgreSQL experience
- 4+ years of Tableau development
- Healthcare, Medicaid, Health Insurance Exchange, or Health & Human Services experience
- EDI transaction experience (834, 820, 999)
- Enrollment processing knowledge
- Medicaid eligibility rules

- Master Data Management (MDM)

- Report automation

- Develop complex reports and dashboards

- Analyze EDI transactions

- Support production data reconciliation
