Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the BuildOps workstream within our Horizons Program, a comprehensive ERP transformation initiative.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on BuildOps implementation, configuration, and operational support in a commercial services or field service environment.
Deep expertise in BuildOps modules including Dispatch, Preventive Maintenance, Service Agreements, Customer Management, and Invoicing.
Proven experience with BuildOps data migration, especially service agreement imports and field formatting.
Strong understanding of BuildOps integration with ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing operational support for live BuildOps deployments, resolving issues related to dispatch, preventive maintenance schedules, invoicing, and user escalations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams for seamless system integration with financial systems.
