Experience: 8+ Years

Mandatory Technology Experience:
Candidates must have hands-on implementation experience with at least one of the following:
Workday Payroll / HCM
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / ECP
UKG Pro Payroll / HCM
General payroll operations/support experience without hands-on implementation experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead/support end-to-end payroll implementations
Conduct requirements and discovery workshops
Translate business requirements into functional & technical designs
Configure earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, benefits, retro & off-cycle payroll
Design and troubleshoot Payroll/HCM/Benefits/Finance/GL integrations
Work with APIs, web services, SFTP, XML/JSON, flat files & middleware
Handle payroll data conversion, mapping, validation & reconciliation
Execute SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end & parallel payroll testing
Support cutover, go-live, hypercare & stabilization
Troubleshoot payroll calculation, configuration, integration & data issues

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of HRIS/Payroll experience
Strong Workday Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors ECP, or UKG Pro Payroll experience
2+ full lifecycle payroll implementations preferred
Strong US & multi-state payroll knowledge
Payroll integration & technical troubleshooting experience
Data conversion & payroll reconciliation experience
Hands-on parallel payroll testing
Payroll-to-GL integration knowledge
Strong techno-functional and communication skills
